Christmas Party in an Escape Room in Munich
Instead of mulled wine at a standing table and speeches from the boss: 60 minutes in which your team really works together. Up to 19 people play at the same time in our three rooms – exclusively, no strangers, right in the middle of December. Perfect for international teams: every room is fully playable in English.
✓ Packages from €150 per room – same conditions as for team events
Why a Christmas party in an escape room?
Most Christmas parties follow the same script: book a restaurant, argue about the seating plan, and in the end colleagues sit with the same people they talk to every day anyway. An escape room turns that around. For an hour you work on a task nobody can solve alone, and office hierarchies don't matter.
Then there's the end-of-year effect: you share an experience people are still talking about in January – who found the decisive clue, who kept their nerve in the last three minutes, which team got out first. That bonds people more than any buffet.
And the practical part: no preparation needed. Request a date, tell us how many of you there are, show up. After the game you can move straight on – we're in Munich-Gern, with free public parking right outside the door.

Planning your date in November and December
How to get your preferred slot in December.
Ask early
The earlier you ask, the more dates are available – especially evenings and for groups that need all three rooms. Give us two or three alternative dates right away.
Give a rough headcount
An approximate number is enough for the quote. You can adjust upwards until shortly before the date, as long as the rooms have capacity.
Choose a time slot
We open Mon – Thu from 11:00, Fri – Sat from 9:30, Sun from 11:00. A weekday afternoon is often more relaxed than Friday evening – and combines well with dinner afterwards.
Confirmation & invoice
You get a written confirmation and, on request, a company invoice – paid in advance by bank transfer or afterwards. You can reschedule once up to 48 hours before the game.
How the evening works
You arrive about 10 minutes before the start. Jackets and bags go into the lockers, then we split you across the rooms – either you've already drawn teams at the office or you deliberately mix departments that rarely work together. Each team gets its own briefing from its game master, in English or German – the documents in the room are bilingual and our staff speak English.
Then the clocks start: 60 minutes in Magie des Museums and Da Vinci Code, 90 minutes in Last Arrival. If you play in parallel, we schedule the start times so all teams come out at roughly the same time. Afterwards you compare times, laugh about the dead ends, and on request we take a team photo for the year in review.
You can't bring your own food and drinks, but small snacks and drinks are available from us. For the actual Christmas dinner we recommend a restaurant nearby – ask us if you need tips.
